De-stress Daily

De-stress with this 45-mins workout and stretch combo. This is a restorative routine that includes light and easy full body stretches and gentle exercises to restore your mobility. 

The first 5 mins will be breathing practice and the last 5 mins will be meditation to consolidate our practice.

No equipment is needed for this class,  and you will enjoy a deep sleep afterwards.

GYROKINESIS®-Core

GYROKINESIS® helps to find the connection between your extremities and your torsu. This class will give you post exercise abdominal soreness (the GOOD pain) and allows you to feel the the lightness of the spine and an elevated pelvic floor.

You will need a stool (a chair without back support) and a mat for this class.

Midday Recharge

This 30-min class is an apartment friendly, full body workout that will get you sweating and breathing heavy without disturbing your neighbours or your pets :D
No equipment is required for this class, no jumping which is joint-friendly too!

GYROKINESIS®- Cardio

This is a special GYROKINESIS® class which helps to particularly strengthen your cardiovascular system. It involves a wide range of breathing practice which will improve your circulation. Regular and persistent practice will benefit all kinds of sports. 

Come and join this class and you will feel a new energised body.

You will need a stool (a chair without back support) and a mat for this class.

Burn and Tone

This is a 30-min apartment-friendly workout - No Jumping, No Equipment, No Repeat! Low Impact so it is joint-friendly too! Low impact does not mean low Intensity - This workout will burn calories and fat and effectively strengthen and tone your muscles.

GYROKINESIS®-Centreness

Weight shifting practice in this class will help you find the centre of your body. Regaining centreness allows you to find symmetry and reconnect to all five senses. 

This class is the basic of GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. With regular practice, you will find it easy to catch up with your GYROTONIC® exercise later.
