ABOUT ME

A ballerina who is graduated from the Royal
Academy of London. Studied Martha Graham's
technique and researched the feminine aspects of
dance.
As a physiotherapist, started her Pilates instruction
in 1998 and still has been studying the most
diverse schools in the field.
Coordinator of the Pilates Studio where she
manages Pilates refresher courses.
Author of Pilates na gestação - redescobrindo seu
corpo no pré e pós-parto. ("Pilates in Pregnancy -
Rediscovering Your Body in Pre and Post Natal.")
Enrolled in the Ecology of Birth course by Heloísa
Lessa and Michel Odent.
Lately she has taken refreshers in Women's
Health by Elza Baracho, Sabrina Baracho,
Laira Ramos, Bernadette
Gasquet, Rafaela Rosa, Integrated Kinesitherapy and Monica Santos Lopes,
among others.
